8am – 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Remaining hours flexible.

Requirements
- Highly organised, reliable and trustworthy
- Detail oriented
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated, and be able to work well in a team
- Passionate about working in the music/entertainment industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Practical
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Demonstrable fluency and creativity for social media
- Comfortable procuring quotes and managing third party providers
- Demonstratable knowledge of recording studio systems and equipment is preferred
- Competent handling high-value technical equipment safely
- Experience working within recording studio setting or similar preferred
Job Roles
- Day to day premises management
- Manage and monitor external cleaning staff and provide access
- Engage, manage and provide access to external contractors and maintenance providers for both regular maintenance and long term refubrishment
- Ensure premises are clean, tidy, safe and in good state of repair
- Carry out weekly cleaning and maintenance of technical equipment within recording studio including mixing console and equipment.
- Ensure high standard of presentation in recording studio areas
- Provide access to clients prior to sessions for drop off and collection of equipment, and to tenants of Studio B and C
- To conduct meetings and studio tours to prospective clients
- Ensure office and hospitality supplies are stocked and available
- Submit meter readings to utilities
- Manage submission of receipts, invoices and documents to accounting
- Process documents received via post and email
- Maintain indoor and outdoor plants
- Communications
- Manage inbound enquires via phone, email and social media
- Provide information and liaise with clients both before and after bookings
- Respond to messages received out of hours
- Social media
- Manage social media accounts with regular high quality content across Instagram, Facebook, website etc
- Client management
- Process enquiries and make bookings for clients
- Generate and track invoices, booking agreements and booking confirmations
- Provide liaison between clients and engineers/assistants in respect of enquiries and bookings
- Identify potential new clients
