As a producer Al has made his name with acts such as Bring Me The Horizon and The Sherlock’s as well as developing a whole of host of new talented upstarts. His work has achieved platinum, gold and silver certifications worldwide. Recent artists produced and mixed by Al include STONE, Blanket and Shefu.

Friendly, meticulous and highly professional, Sam ensures the studio runs like clockwork. He’s a great people person and a friend to everybody, and is hugely passionate about delivering the ultimate recording experience.
Drawing on his experience as a recording artist, Sam brings valuable insight that he uses to help us do what we do in the best possible way. He is constantly analysing the studio’s output and searching for ways to not only achieve, but surpass our goals.
Sam looks after day to day operations, technical projects, bookings and client liaison. He’s the drummer-extraordinaire in Paint Me In Colour, Pleasure Island and in high demand for session work across Merseyside.
Originally from the West Midlands, she moved to Liverpool to studio Music at LIPA, earning a degree in Songwriting & Performance. During this time she founded the band Shefu, which continues to take her on adventures performing across the UK and Europe. From this she understands the mechanics of developing a unique creative identity, giving her a unique window into how artists express and communicate.
Rose’s passion lies in orchestrating the creative direction and curating focused, innovative content. She is a master of telling a story through modern media, using her ingenuity to bring information to life. She is highly professional and brings a wealth of experience to The Motor Museum from her collaborations with brands such as H&M, Burt’s Bees and Crocs.
Outside of the studio Rose loves designing, Japanese food, nature, and reading and is a passionate LFC supporter.

After graduating Lipa in 2020 his longtime relationship with The Mysterines led him to contribute to their debut album ‘Reeling’ earning him his first top ten album credit. He quickly capitalised on this early success gaining credits on records for The Luka State, The Zutons and The Sherlocks.
Ben’s strengths lie in how he supports artists through the creative process; his gentle personality nurtures creativity in those around him, and he is a master of guiding sessions to being wonderfully productive events. He cares deeply about the music he is entrusted with, and is an advocate of ‘doing things right’ when it comes to applying recording techniques.
Ben is comfortable on a variety of genres spanning indie, acoustic and jazz, and has a special interest in creative microphone techniques. He is also an exciting co-writer!

A close friend of Liverpool’s underground music scene, Jake is deeply enthusiastic about helping artists make their mark. He combines his passion for the art with thorough technical insight, and he applies his intelligence to every project. He relies on time-honoured techniques and understands how to make the transition from writing to recording a seamless process. His comfort zone spans genres from hyper-pop to heavy-metal, always retaining a deep respect for expression and identity. A calm demeanour and supportive attitude guide a session to a sounding exactly as the artist hears it in their head, offering encouragement, ideas and “absolutely belter brews” to great effect.
